A native of Russia, Dr. Igor Ochev moved to the Bay Area at the age of 20, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Biology from San Francisco State University in 1996. Soon after, he left for Manhattan to study at NYU College of Dentistry where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2001.
Outside of work, Dr. Ochev enjoys his time with his wife Regina and his two children Max and Katherine. On the weekends, you might spot him on one of his long-distance bike rides from San Francisco to Sonoma County. He’s very enthusiastic about staying healthy and fit. Not only that, he loves learning about the nuances of diet and exercise and how it affects the body.
