Cancellation Policy

We do not overbook the schedule.

We take pride in providing our guests with ultimate comfort and care. That’s why our state-of-the-art facility and caring staff will be reserved to cater to your needs during your appointment.

Because we treat all appointments as reservations, we hope you will respect our time commitment that has been set aside for you. To be frank, last-minute cancellations and no-shows hurt us and your fellow patients who would like to see us sooner. More times than not, we are unable to fill the vacancy in such short notice.

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must call us at (415) 499-1717 during office hours at least 2 BUSINESS DAYS in advance to avoid a $100 fee for late cancellation or missed appointment. If your appointment is on a Monday, you must cancel or reschedule it before 5 pm the previous Thursday.
